KR Alumni Day 2009 - KRanival update

Dear KR Alumni,

5 days till our inaugural KR Alumni Day!
Here are the vital pieces of information you will need.
Please do pass on the information to your friends/team mates!

Details
Date: 12-Dec 2009 (this Saturday)
Time: 1pm - 6pm
Main location: SRC Track Grandstand (registration and central holding point)

Registration

SRC grandstand for all games except Takraw
1pm-2.30pm

Please come at 1pm if your sport is playing at 1.30pm,

else registration is open till 2.30pm
Takraw registration at KR MPSH, 1.15pm

Games Schedule
Starting 1.30pm:
Handball Guys (SRC Handball court)
Soccer Girls (SRC Field 2, nearer to Science)
Takraw Guys (KR MPSH; register at KR MPSH*)
Touch Rugby Girls (SRC Field 2, nearer to Science)
*Transport will be provided for Takraw Guys at KR who wish to take part in other games at SRC at 2.50pm. Otherwise, they will be transported to SRC at 4:20pm for the Frisbee finale and closing ceremony.

Starting 3pm:

Basketball Guys (SRC Basketball court)
Netball Girls (SRC Netball court)
Soccer Guys (SRC Field 2, nearer to Science)

Tennis Guys (SRC Tennis courts)
Tennis Girls (SRC Tennis courts)
Volleyball Guys (SRC Volleyball courts)
Volleyball Girls (SRC Volleyball courts)

Finale 4.30pm:

Frisbee

Other Points to Note

Please be at your respective alumni team at the stipulated timing. At other times, you choose to play on with the hall team, or play in other sports for leisure.

Finger food is will be available at the grandstand at 5.30pm (no dinner).
